Refund policy
We are a small home business. If there is any problem with our products, please don't hesitate to contact us. We are always happy to help with any issue might arise.
Returns & Exchanges (if applicable)
If you have received goods, you are welcome to return or exchange products within 30 days of purchase. We are happy to take returns if your item is in the same condition that you received it. However, we do not refund the shipping cost that occurred in your order.
If you have ordered goods, but not received them, you may cancel your order without giving a reason at any time providing the order has not been dispatched. You will have no obligation and we will return your money.
Additional non-returnable items:

- Digital files
- Customised items
To complete your return, you must email us of your issues to info@woofo.nz and provide us with proof of purchase, then return the product to Woofo Empawrium at your cost.
Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you paid by Crtyptocoins, then we will ask for your wallet address and we will refund you the same amount of coins you paid, not the current NZD value.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
